    A work in progress. That defines me as a learner all through my life because the day we stop learning; we stop living. I am an alumnus of one of the premier urology and transplantation institute IKDRC- (Institute of Kidney Diseases & Research Centre, Ahmedabad). I have been in private urology practice since 2006 with a cumulative experience of almost 20 years with a dedicated interest in endourology, laser urology & pediatric urology. Pursuing my MBA as an additional vocational skill helped me develop myself into an entrepreneur by setting up a chain of hospitals in Ahmedabad. I am into urology education by conducting training modules for Laser-assisted urology procedures namely RIRS, ECIRS, EEP and MINIPNL at my centre under the aegis of CLASSE (Centre for Laser Assisted Surgical Skill Enhancement). My centre has also been accredited by our national body-Urology Society of India- for a 3 month fellowship in Endourology, providing 4 young urologists across a year an opportunity to hone their endourology skills. Off late, I have developed a dedicated interest in MISTs for BPH with an experience of more than 150 MIST procedures including UROLIFT, REZUM and iTIND, one of the highest in INDIA. I have been a regular at national and international meetings to demonstrate live surgeries, to deliver invited lectures and also have many articles published in peer-reviewed journals. I am privileged to be on the USI BPH Guideline Committee that published the guidelines in 2021. I am also contributing to enhancing the urology as a fraternity by serving as honorary treasurer of West zone chapter of the Urology Society of INDIA and now as an Executive Council Member of USI. On the philanthropic side, I am an Assistant Governor of Rotary international in District 3054 and am associated with social and charitable activities.
