    Learning Objectives :

    At the end of this session, attendees should be able to:
    • Evaluate emerging pharmacologic strategies for BPH management.
    • Examine the advantages, limitations, and indications of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), anatomic endoscopic enucleation of the prostate (AEEP), and aquablation for the management of BPH.
    • Discuss the role of water vapor thermal therapy (WVTT) and prostatic urethral lift in current BPH management.
    • Summarize the implications of emerging approaches, such as newers stents, prostatic artery embolization (PAE), and simple prostatectomy for BPH management strategies.
