    I am Batya Stimler MBBS, MRCS (Ed) and have just completed my Core Surgical Training at Royal Bolton Hospital in the North West of England and am now working as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Urology. I graduated from Imperial College London in 2020 and completed my Foundation Training in East London before moving to the North West of England for Core Surgical Training with a focus on Urology.
    I am passionate about service improvement in Urology and have won a regional prize for one of my projects, I continue to lead on quality improvement projects with a focus on optimising the care of Urology patients.
    Contributing to improving teaching for trainees in Urology is important to me and I represented Urology themed Core Surgical Trainees in the North West of England in the last academic year, though this role I facilitated practical skills days for Urology trainees.
