    1983 – 1989 MD, Bashkir State Medical Institute, Diploma with honors;
    1989 – 1990 resident at the Surgery Department, Bashkir State Medical Institute;
    1990- 1992 PhD thesis “Lymphokinesis State in Experimental Burning Injury”;
    1990 -1999 Assistant in Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy Department at BSMU, Assistant of General Surgery with Urology Department in BSMU;
    1999- 2000 Assoc.Professor of General Surgery and Urology Department;
    2000 till now Chief Urologist of the Ministry for Healthcare of the Republic of Bashkortostan;
    2003 till now Head of Urology Department in BSMU;
    2003 till now Head of Bashkir regional brunch of national medical society “Russian urologist society”;
    2006 -2008 Vice-Rector for clinical care in BSMU;
    2011 till now Rector of Bashkir State Medical University;
    2016 till now Chief Urologist of the Volga Federal District;
    2022 till now the First Vice-Chair of the Russian Society of Urologists.

    In 2018, he was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of Harbin Medical University (China), and in the same year he was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy (Kazakhstan); in 2022 – Honorary Professor of Abu Ali ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute (Uzbekistan).
