    David Chan, MD, is System Vice-Chair in Urology at Northwell Heatlh and Assistant Professor of Urology at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Chan graduated with BS/MS from Yale College with honors and summa cum laude in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his Urologic training at the Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is a Diplomate of American Board of Urology.
