    Dr. Rajeev T P is Professor and Head of the Department of Urology at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Assam, India. His areas of expertise is within laser urology, laparoscopic urology, endourology and onco-urology. Dr. TP received his medical degree from Gauhati Medical College and postgraduate degree in Urology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), in New Delhi, graduating with a gold medal.

    Dr. T P is currently the Honorary Treasurer of the South Asian Association of Urological Surgeons as well as the Scientific Programme Committee Co-chair and Deputy National Society Delegate for the Société International d’Urologie (SIU). He was the past Secretary of Urological Society of India. He is the recipient of numerous awards and honors including Best Paper Award from the Urological Society of India (USI) and from USI, East Zone Chapter. He has authored 57 research papers in International journals, 51 papers in National journals and chapters in two textbooks. He has presented research papers at various International and National conferences and chaired / moderated scientific sessions at various International and National conferences. (Edited Oct 2022)
