    I am Juan Diego Tinajero, MD, a Senior Clinical Fellow in Gender Affirmation Surgery at the Chelsea Centre for Gender Surgery, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I completed my residency in Urology in Argentina, followed by a Fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires. My expertise includes urethral reconstruction, complex genital surgery, and gender affirmation procedures. I am passionate about advancing surgical techniques and improving outcomes for transgender and non-binary patients, a population I am committed to supporting through clinical care, research, and service development.
