    highly skilled and experienced in diagnosis and treatment of urological problems, endourological surgery for urinary( ureter and Kidney,) stones using laser with rigid and flexible Ureterorenoscopes and cystolitholapaxy for bladder stones , endopyelotomies for PUJ stricture , endoscopic treatment of upper tract TCC, BPH with TURP(both monopolar and bipolar) if not responding to conservative management, TURBT for Bladder tumors, optical urethrotomies for small urethral strictures, macroplastique for vesico ureteric reflux, intravesical botox for refractory idiopathic and neurogenic overactive bladders, diagnostic cystoscopy, urodynamic study, cystoscopy and u/s guided suprapubic catheter insertion, penile straightening and other peno scrotal, inguinal procedures. Also have interest in research and audits and have published widely in wide range of my area of practice.
    Plenty of past experience in pyeloplasty, PCNL, Nephrectomy , augmentation cystoplasty for idiopathic or neurogenic overactive bladders not responding to medical or minimally invasive therapy and in treatment of stress urinary incontinence.
