    I am Dr. Rajat Mudhol, currently working as a 2nd Senior Resident and MCh trainee in Urology at the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry.

    My areas of keen interest include uro-oncology, reconstructive urology, endourology, and andrology. I find immense fulfillment in managing a broad spectrum of urological conditions—from intricate cancer surgeries to minimally invasive stone procedures and complex reconstructive interventions.
    Training at JIPMER, one of India’s leading medical institutions, has given me extensive exposure to high-volume clinical work and cutting-edge surgical techniques.

    I actively participate in academic discussions, surgical workshops, and national conferences to stay current with evolving practices in urology. I am also deeply interested in clinical research and academic writing, as I believe that it is integral to the advancement of our field. My goal is to integrate research with hands-on clinical practice to optimize outcomes and improve standards of care.
