Alistair Grey is a consultant urologist at University College Hospital, London specialising in prostate cancer diagnostics and focal therapy with HIFU and IRE/Nanoknife. He serves as a proctor for both these procedures and led the introduction of IRE to the NHS, performing the first procedure in 2021. Notable research includes CADMUS, which delivered the first level one evidence for multiparamentric ultrasound in prostate cancer diagnosis, reported at ACSO 2021 and in Lancet Oncology. Current trial activity includes PART, CLIMATE and HISTOMAP, and he leads the ARC registry, collecting data internationally on focal IRE treatments.
