Consultant Urological Surgeon
Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, NHS Grampian, Scotland, United Kingdom
I finished my Urology training in Athens, Greece, in 2011, where I was trained in open surgery and endoscopy in one of the leading Departments in Urology. I was trained in robotics and laparoscopy at University College London Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital in London and Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford.
I moved in Aberdeen with my wife and two children in 2015, providing specialist and core urology service at NHS Grampian since. I have a specialist interest in minimally invasive surgery, focusing on upper urinary tract robotics and laparoscopy, having performed the first robotic kidney operations in Scotland. I also have a strong interest in education and training.
I am a huge basketball fan, love building Lego with my children & playing music, and enjoy running, photography and the occasional game of chess.
