I completed MBBS in 2003 form GSVM Medical college, Kanpur. I completed my MCh Urology from the Department of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal in 2012. I was awarded The J.U.A.International Scholarship at Tokyo Med. University Hospital, Tokyo, Japan for training in Robotic and Laparoscopic surgery in 2012. I got the UAA Youth Section Fellowships for the year 2014. I am a member of royal college of surgeons of Edinburgh(MRCS) and has also been conferred fellowship(FICS) of International college of surgeons, Chicago, USA.
I have worked as Associate professor in Department of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. I participated in more than 70 urological national and international conferences and presented many papers in various conferences. I won various awards and fellowships during his illustrious academic career and has 37 publications to his name in various peer reviewed international journals. I have written chapters and Edited a book on mini PCNL by Springer in 2022. I was co-editor of Endourology section for “USI’s CLINICAL UROLOGY” by CBS publishers in 2024.
I was instrumental in propping young urologist of USI being the Convener of Youth wing of USI. I am an eminent faculty at Indian school of Urology. I am reviewer of various urology journals including Indian journal of urology, Journal of Endourology, Urolithiasis, BMC urology and Asian journal of Urology.
My clinical work involves almost all subspecialities of urology with special focus on Endourology, Stone disease. I have worked on various academic projects like Book chapters in Smith’s textbook of endourology, Review articles on Mini PCNL, International Publications on PCNL and various instructional courses at WCE and SIU. I have been an active member of SIU and Endourology Society.
