Dr. Scott Gilbert, MD, FACS is a urologic oncologist/surgeon in the Department of GU Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Gilbert's clinical interest and expertise include surgical and multidisciplinary management of bladder and testis cancers, and his research interests are in the area of patient-reported outcomes and health services research. He received his Medical Degree (MD) from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, completed residency at the New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center, and then pursued urologic oncology fellowship at the University of Michigan. Dr. Gilbert is Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Urological Association (AUA), the Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO), the Société Internationale d’Urologie (SIU), the Society of Pelvic Surgeons, and the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network Scientific Advisory Board.
