Anthony Noah is known for his expertise in general urology, adolescent urology, and congenital urology. After completing his medical degree at Guy's, King's & St. Thomas' School of Medicine, he pursued extensive surgical training in Birmingham and the West Midlands. His subsequent subspecialty training at University College London Hospital (UCLH) has led to his current position as a consultant surgeon specializing in functional, reconstructive, adolescent, and adult congenital urology.
Mr. Noah's range of treatments covers various urological conditions, including benign bladder dysfunction, benign prostatic enlargement, male and female incontinence, congenital urological anomalies, differences of sexual development and urological issues in adolescents. His tailored approach in treating these conditions reflects his dedication to providing comprehensive and compassionate care.
As a reconstructive urologist, his specialist interest lies in congenital urological anomalies in teenagers and adults. His expertise also extends to differences in sexual differentiation (DSD) and managing urological problems during pregnancy, including complex deliveries for women with reconstructed urinary tracts and abnormally invasive placenta. He also manages patients with differences of sexual development (previously known as intersex) as part of an MDT.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr. Noah is committed to the education and training of medical students and trainee doctors. His active role in mentoring and teaching highlights his commitment to advancing the field of urology and nurturing future medical professionals.
