    Dr. Sung Kyu Hong is currently serving as Professor and Chair, Department of Urology, Seoul National University College of Medicine and Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Korea. His main focus of interest lies in prostate cancer, prostatic disease, and other urologic cancers. Dr. Hong performs various uro-oncological surgeries including robotic prostatectomy. Among Korean urologists, Dr. Hong has been responsible for publications of the highest number of articles on clinical researches regarding prostate cancer published in peer-reviewed international SCI-indexed journals during recent years. Currently, he also serves as the editor-in-chief of Prostate International (SCI-indexed; 2024 IF 2.6) and also as the editor-in-chief for Investigative and Clinical Urology (SCI-indexed; 2024 IF 2.1). He is also active member of various academic societies, working as board director of Technology and Training for Societe Internationale d’Urologie (SIU), Elected Council member of Urological Association of Asia (UAA), President of Korean Prostate Society (KPS), and Vice President of Korean Urological Association (KUA). In 2026, Dr. Sung Kyu Hong will also serve as the panel member for 2026 Advance Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APCCC).
