    Despite advances in the diagnosis , techniques and perioperative care , the complication rate in radical cystectomy and urinary diversion / Neobladder has not come down in the last three decades . The peri operative complication rate as of today is still around 30% and the readmission rate within first six weeks is also in the same range, in fact more .How can we circumvent this issue and reduce the complication and re admission rate will be the theme of this course.

    Learning Objectives :

    • Learn various reasons for developing the complications after radical cystectomy.
    • Make changes in the practice about how to avoid the surgical and medical complications in RC.
    • Understand how to manage the complications and improve the outcomes.
