    Instructional Course: LUTS/BPH Management From Bench to Bedside

    This specialized course offers an in-depth exploration of contemporary issues in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and Bladder Outlet Obstruction (BOO) management. Participants will gain insights into the natural progression of BPH/BPO, the application of urodynamics in diagnosing Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) and BOO, and strategies to align patient and physician expectations in BPH treatments. The curriculum includes comparative analyses of Transurethral Resection of the Prostate versus Minimally Invasive Surgical Therapies, criteria for defining and managing surgical failures, and the integration of predictive models and artificial intelligence in treatment planning. Real-world clinical cases will be discussed to enhance.

    At the end of this session, attendees should be able to:
    • Understand the pathophysiology of LUTS and BPH.
    • Understand the current role of urodynamics in LUTS/BPH diagnosis.
    • Manage BPH/BPO surgical failure.
